I will never understand why NBC didn’t pick up my show idea.
When incentive zoning or your garden-variety tax subsidy won’t cut it, it’s time to bring in the experts:
The Captain, Tom Spina.

And the Producer, Clare Newman.
Together, they’re New York’s Sharpest — the A-Team of the EDC. They put the “on it” in “eco-nomic development.” They’ll get the job done — or die trying.
